Shurm Homes, Inc. seeks a Sales and Marketing Assistant that will work with the Sales and Marketing departments to deliver excellent customer service and communication during the entire build process.

Responsibilities:

Daily customer service interactions on behalf of our Shurm Homes

Weekly goal setting and developing best practices in marketing and communications

Learning Shurm Homes product knowledge and presenting it to customers

Support marketing and sales initiatives including project positioning, timelines, social media, sales center, and model design/set up, advertising, signage, collateral design, etc.

Assist in coordination with third party vendors including signage companies, model decorators, digital advertising consultants, creative firms, model maintenance services, etc.

Coordinate with other departments on the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and community identity

Assist in updating, maintaining, and creating website presences on a community, and home-specific level

Assist in gathering estimates and sources for marketing and sales initiatives

Update and maintain vendor database, organize community marketing files and maintain marketing collateral inventory

Fact check and proof-read all marketing materials

Coordinate sales center initiatives and general upkeep of the sales center to ensure marketing and sales tools are always in place

Ensure brand standards are maintained for the projects

Assist with social media and online reputation on behalf of all communities

Assist in daily administrative responsibilities including and general upkeep of marketing material inventory

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Qualities We're Looking For:

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college

Two to four years related experience and/or training

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail and creative thinking

Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team

Highly motivated self-starter

Ability to manage multiple functions and roles concurrently

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Suite

includes review of criminal convictions and probation. The following factors will be considered for applicants with a criminal history:

The nature of the crime and its relationship to the position.The time since the conviction.The number (if more than one) of convictions.Whether hiring, transferring or promoting the applicant would pose an unreasonable risk to the business, its employees or its customers and vendors.

The following additional background searches will be required if applicable to the position:Motor Vehicle Records:

provides a report on an individual's driving history in the state requested. This search will be run when driving is an essential requirement of the position.Credit History:

confirms candidate's credit history. This search will be run for positions that involve management of Shurm Homes funds and/or handling of cash or credit cards.
