Our presentation designer and storyteller is a partner to the new business and agency brand team helping to visually package compelling presentations that tell a story and stand apart. In addition, this role secondarily supports client teams in developing visuals and presentations.

Essential Functions/Principal Accountabilities of the JobDay-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Agency New Business

Graphic design skills are key, but just as important is the ability to take complex information and distill it down to simplify it into compelling presentation content that appeals to the target audience (in other words, make it interesting, fun and not boring)Assist new business team in responding to consultant and prospect requests across all stages (fact sheet, RFI/RFP, credentials presentations, working sessions and final creative presentations)Deliver creatively designed proposals and presentations on-timeCollaborate with appropriate internal new business team to proactively collect information and weave together a storyListen to each disciplines expertise and approach and make proactive recommendations on visuals, presentation flow, headlines and talking pointsBe a driver; don't wait for information but instead track down information to create visuals, designs and slides for the presentationSupport pitch team with related logistical tasks, such as making proofing edits (from proofer), room tech set-up, final rehearsal prep, packaging up and saving final files, etc.Agency Branding

Design agency case studies, social posts and other assets working with creative and social teamsAgency presentation development as needed (for all-agency meetings, C-suite meetings or speaking opps)Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support additional agency marketing initiatives and client presentation design requests, as availableSupport and advocate the overall success of the agency

Presentation Designer and Agency Storyteller must interact regularly and collaborate effectively with all personnel of Carmichael Lynch and Carmichael Lynch Relate.

Work direction is from: Chief Growth Officer and new business team

Required Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications or a similar field

Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience designing presentationsEngaging copywriting skills - such as web copy and headlines in presentations - to celebrate and package our work and tell compelling stories.Strong grasp of Keynote, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, IllustratorExperience working collaboratively using shared Google docs and Keynote collaborationAbility to work under pressure and deadlines; sometimes working on multiple new business pitches at oncePossess a strong desire to help the agency grow by winning new businessAbility to navigate throughout existing agency processes and cross collaboration with multiple disciplines (creative, media, social, PR, etc.)
