Facility CAD Designer with ClearanceJob Category: Engineering and Technical SupportTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental US* * ***What Youll Get to Do**CACI, Inc. is accepting applications for a Facility CAD Designer to support a contract for National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) activities.**More About the Role**Responsibilities of the Facility CAD Designer include:+ Assist with the organization and management of drawings of record for real property assets to support the NRO facility infrastructure by applying configuration management tools and techniques.+ Create basic designs/drawings for the modification of real property assets through the application of industry and NRO standard design and drafting practices.+ Create, maintain, acquire and/or review designs/drawings, spare part lists, vendor cut sheets, version description documents and schematics.+ Maintain documents for the creation or modification of facility and systems assets in compliance with configuration management plan.+ Organize drawings of record for real property assets to support the NRO infrastructure by applying configuration management tools and techniques.+ Apply technical methodologies to comply with code requirements for the modification of construction facilities or systems.+ Design major components or major portions of a system. Creates assembly, detail, and installation drawings of complex assemblies, devices, systems, mechanisms, and structures in compliance with configuration management plan.**Youll Bring These Qualifications**+ Typically has a University Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline or equivalent experience+ 5 years related work experience+ Interfacing with active-duty military and civil service personnel+ Must be a US Citizen+ Must have US Government TS/SCI CI Poly Security Clearance**Required Skills:**+ Technically competent+ Self-motivated+ Attention to detail+ Ability to work independently+ Effective, professional interpersonal skills+ Strong team player+ HardworkingThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
