Our client, a leading beauty and skincare brand is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Marketing Manager to join the team!In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market and competitive data, sales trends, and customer feedback to support the development and implementation of our product portfolio and innovation pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of market/competitive data, sales trends, and customer feedback- Develop product marketing strategies based on key insights from analysis- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and build comprehensive marketing briefs- Prepare pricing analyses and set SRP targets for new product launches- Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external product marketing meetings- Work closely with sales and demand planning teams to estimate volume opportunities and drive global forecasts- Communicate effectively with retailers and markets regarding product launch calendars, pricing strategies, positioning, etc.- Provide stakeholders with new product messaging, claims development, educational support
Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in product development/marketing within the beauty industry (preferably color cosmetics)- Strong understanding of mass makeup consumer behavior and industry/product trends- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail- Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as presentation skills- Self-starter who can independently analyze data while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams- Proven ability to problem solve in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve goals- Fast learner who is eager to contribute innovative ideas
