We have a US retail footprint of 11 stores which support our much larger direct sales business. The US is a key growth market for us, and we are growing our marketing team.

Role Summary

To help us continue our growth, we are seeking to hire a marketing assistant to help us manage and execute our new customer direct marketing programs and brand awareness campaigns. This position is responsible for supporting the new customer acquisition and Brand team by assisting with creating, setting up, and carrying out all offline marketing activities for Charles Tyrwhitt’s USA & Australia regions. Offline marketing activities to be supported include but are not limited to; direct mail & inserts, press ads, out of home advertising, radio & TV advertising, brand partnerships and public relations.

This role will work closely with the offline acquisition manager and associate.

ResponsibilitiesBrief internal departments including Web, Retail and Call Centre to ensure all offline, Brand and PR campaigns are set up in the system correctly, tested, and signed offAssist the offline Associate in the preparation and distribution of regular reportingTrack and present competitor activities to the wider team on a weekly basisWork closely with our PR agency on product requests for influencers or editorsHelp the offline Associate with briefing and proofreading all offline and brand marketing creativesAssist in planning PR and Brand partner eventsCreate presentations showing Offline and brand creatives to share company wideAssist the offline Associate maintain marketing activity schedules for all US acquisition initiatives on a regular basisExperience

Education and/or experience in Marketing preferred (college degree is a plus)Excellent communication skills both written, verbal, and via video conferencingHighly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient time management skillsDesire to take initiative, and continually learn and improveSome knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint*As required by law, this role can reasonably be expected to pay a base salary to the successful candidate anywhere between $40,000 and $50,000 per year. This is dependent upon experience related to the role*
