We embrace the following values:A strong sense of ownershipDefaulting to actionHumans over everything elseA continuous learning and growth mindsetHigh performance, high-velocity outputA supportive, respectful and transparent work environmentAbout the role

We are looking for a lead product marketer who is deeply creative and excels at storytelling. If you look at a homepage and your mind starts racing with possibilities, campaign ideas and copy experiments, we want to hear from you! We are so fortunate to be building something special at Scribe, alongside incredible users and talent. We're looking for a special marketer to tell this story - and join us in doing the best work of your career. This is a truly unique opportunity for the right person to build out Scribe's narrative, positioning, and messaging, from the ground up. Your fingerprints will be all over the experience that 3M+ users enjoy with Scribe.

You're a gifted storyteller:

You'll serve as the orchestra conductor for storytelling across the complete user journey, telling the Scribe story across multiple external / user-facing channels and customizing it for high-priority audiencesYou have the ability to translate complexity into simple, concise and evocative language. You know how to get to the crux of a value proposition and package it into an array of content types - including website copy, social content, sales collateral and emails. You get huge pleasure from persuading people to do something that enriches their lives. You strive to craft emotionally resonant messaging that motivates the reader to immediately stop what they were doing and take action. You strive to create order and clarity around user journey and personas:

You'll develop and refine our user personas, contribute to competitive intelligence with a focus on the stories other platforms are telling, and provide valuable input to the Growth team on pricing and packagingYou'll be involved in aspects of user research, particularly around the user journey and use cases.Contribute significantly to new feature launches, focusing on messaging and integrating those launches into the user journeyYou are user-obsessed:

You love talking to users, sales prospects and members of the Scribe community. You strive to be the champion of the user and have them front and center whenever you're creating marketing materials. You believe in the power of 'surprise and delight'. (We love to dream up scrappy, out-of-the-box ways to engage with our users in unexpected and meaningful ways!)Data drives every decision you make

You think in terms of experiments. While your instincts are strong and your taste honed, you recognize that the user can work in mysterious ways and there's often no substitution for an a/b test to determine the best route forwardYou have a minor dashboard obsession and can often be found checking your latest experiment performance first thing on a Saturday morningYou think different

You aspire to be world-class in your craft and you want to be surrounded by others who are sprinting towards that goalMoving fast is your default and you're often several steps ahead of the curveYou bring a healthy skepticism of traditional marketing. (Our motto is: if Salesforce is doing it, we probably shouldn't be). You love taking scrappy and creative approaches to standing out from the crowdYou default to breaking down problems to first principles and are unphased by tackling big opportunitiesRequired skills and experience
