We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lifecycle Marketer Lead to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. As the primary launch lead, you'll be accountable for developing, deploying, testing, and optimizing multi-channel communications across email, SMS, landing pages, and more that directly support new clients as they launch Tapcheck to their workforce. Your goal is to drive incredible growth through general awareness, app downloads, and user registrations tactics. This role will work in close strategic coordination with our Account Management team.

What You'll Do:

Develop and deploy hyper-personalized, multi-channel launch strategies for our largest clients across email, SMS, push notification and custom landing pages with a secondary focus on direct mail and paid socialDevelop and deploy internal launch strategy playbooks in close coordination with our Account Management team to ensure cohesive messaging and a consistent user experienceCreate, maintain and improve deep audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on known and emerging user behavior, demographics, and traitsDesign and implement sophisticated test roadmaps that optimize campaign performance and show increment liftMonitor and analyze both channel and business metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders and leadershipParticipate in critical launch calls with enterprise-level clients, showcasing the value Marketing will bring their business as they rollout Tapcheck to their workforceManage and optimize physical welcome kits (posters, decals, etc.) sent to newly launching clients to help them better promote their launch to their workforceHost regular office hours and 1:1s with the Account Management team to improve alignment and optimize our joint strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Product Marketing, and DesignWhat You'll Bring:

6+ years in Lifecycle Marketing with a strong understanding of outbound channel best practices (email, SMS, push notification) and funnel strategyDeep frontend and backend experience with Braze (or a similar comms platform like Iterable or Marketo)Experience working strategically alongside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Support teams to drive shared business goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership groupsOperationally excellent with a strong analytical mindA self-starter with strong project management skills with a focus on ruthless prioritizationExperience working in fast-growing scale-ups a plusThis is a remote-friendly role. Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 per year. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time. It is at the Company's discretion to determine what pay is provided to a candidate within the range associated with the role.
