As the Lincoln MarComms Tier III Manager your role is to lead all aspects of marketing communications at the Tier III Level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated Tier III Marketing Programs, Asset management and Operations that compliments Lincolns National marketing strategy.

What you'll do…

Operate the Lincoln Brand Exclusive Advertising Program (LBEAP) including program guidelines and updates, website management, budget forecasting, retailer enrollment, policy adherence, metrics/reporting, and EFC/EDC publishing

Manage Lincoln Toolbox including regular audit of content on the site, website user experience and updates, regular email commucations on updates, metrics/reporting, and EFC/EDC publishing to ensure retailers are easily able to find and utilize regularly

Lead Retail Experience Programs such as Driven to Give and investigate opportunities to enhance the program in 2025

Evaluate new Retailer Content Programs such as GTB Studio and develop POV/recommendation for 2025

Primary interface and manager all Ford Direct Lincoln Tier III Programs (DDC, DealerOn, Team Velocity) and Websites

Works closely with cross functional with Lincoln Marketing and Field Organization (Lincoln Media, Brand Managers, Tier I Brand/Nameplate Content, Social, Lincoln.com, CRM/Owner)

Lead Tier III Media Programs such as the Social Lead Gen Program with Lincoln Media Manager to drive social engagement in paid social

Manage Marketing SubComittee Meetings and participate in key Regional Manager stakeholder forums

Responsible for delivering the monthly ITK Newsletter highlighting all aspects of Lincoln Marketing Communications and support in key Field/Retailer forums such as Lincoln Wholesale Calls, Monthly Dealer Broadcasts and Dealer Council meetings

Responsible for Ad Covenant Budget/PO process and directing/managing key suppliers (Ansira, HudsonRouge, FordDirect)

Understanding Tier III campaign and operational program measurement methodologies and be comfortable drawing insights to make data driven recommendations

You'll have...

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business

5+ years of relevant marketing experience managing key Dealer Marketing Programs with Field/Dealer marketing experience as plus

Even better, you may have…

Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project management skills.

Experience leading agency teams and/or collaborating with agency teams (~8-10 agency heads)

Ability to mange budgets and supplier PO process

Self-starter with ability to guide multiple projects with limited supervision and providing project updates along the way.
