Illumination is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Creative for style guide creation, Global Softlines product development, and Gaming to join our Marketing team. This unique role combines extraordinary organization skills with an eye toward details and creative deliverables. This position will guide, collaborate and communicate daily with a dynamic creative team at Illumination, Illumination Studios Paris and our partners at Universal as well as potential partners and agencies.

Partner with Creative leads to ensure seamless management and tracking of global film & franchise guides from inception to final assets deliveryManage the development process of logos, character poses, patterns, graphics, design, patterns, product samples, etc.Help facilitate and manage Global Softlines product development submissionsMaintain current project list/job status sheet for all style guide projectSupport the management of workload of internal design team and outside vendorsTrack deliverables against production timelines & schedulesCommunicate delivery dates to key stakeholdersCreative Budget:

Track Creative expenses for all projectsRequest estimates from vendors and create Cost SummariesProcess invoicesProject Management:

Partner with VP, Creative re: agenda for weekly Tuesday meetingsNotes and Recap of weekly meetingsLead weekly CPG Team meetingTrack follow-ups from weekly meetingsSpecial projectsOther duties as neededGaming:

Partner with Director of Business Development andVP of Development & Creative Strategy to ensure seamless management and review of multiple gaming platform submissionsMaintain current project list/job status for all projects on AirtableManage the development process of all assets for gamingSupport the management of workload of Director of Business Development, VP of Development & Creative Strategy and outside vendorsFacilitate character art developmentTrack deliverables against production timelines & schedulesQualifications:

5+ years related experienceLicensing Creative Development preferredProduct development cycle experience in softlines, toys or related goods desiredStrategic, critical thinker and creative problem solverStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one timeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated & enjoy a fast-paced changing environmentCurious collaborator who likes to brainstorm, contribute and participate in ideationProficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or KeynoteProficient in Adobe Suite specifically but not exclusively Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AcrobatProficient in Airtable and LucidchartBA/BS or equivalent experienceThe salary range for this position is $90,000-$95,000/year.
