to join our Strategy & Innovation team. In this crucial, full-time role, you'll build and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards that visualize data from our clients' paid media, websites, apps, email, creative, and/or social channels. Your work will empower agency teams and clients to easily access and interpret data, driving informed decision-making and optimizing performance across all digital touchpoints.

Senior Director, Strategy & Innovation

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust client reporting dashboards using Google Data Studio (Looker) and other visualization tools.

Utilize Google BigQuery, SQL, and other analytics tools to prepare and structure data for visualization.

Ensure seamless functionality of all dashboards, proactively identifying and addressing any issues.

Blend data from various sources to create comprehensive, user-friendly visualizations that tell a clear story.

Collaborate closely with agency solution and client teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.

Lead dashboard innovations within the agency, staying ahead of industry trends and presenting new ideas to enhance our reporting capabilities.

Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on how to effectively use, interpret and troubleshoot the dashboards.

Continuously optimize dashboard performance and user experience based on feedback and changing needs.

Comfortable with AI and LLM systems for optimizing, developing and debugging SQL code as needed.

Leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and dashboard development efficiency, including correcting errors or broken widgets.

Ability to use LLMs to generate deep insights from large data sets to provide internal teams with highlights or action items.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard creation, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.

Expert-level proficiency in Google Data Studio (Looker), SQL, and Google BigQuery.

Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and DoubleClick Campaign Manager.

Experience with Facebook Ads and programmatic ad platforms is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding communication skills, with a talent for translating complex data into clear, visually appealing dashboards.

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Design, Computer Science, or related field.
