The incumbent must be enrolled in Mechanical.

Realize product testing related to several projects.
Administrative Support for the different ongoing projects.
Printing, sorting, and distributing invoices.
Digitizing and indexing invoices for all the IPEX Group entities.
Qualifications & ExperienceWorking towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering OR an equivalent in Materials Science / Polymer Science
Past co-op experience in a plastics industry / R&D environment would be highly preferred
Knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc).
Comfortable using computer tool and excellent typing speed on a numeric keypad
Comfortable working with a high level of transactions (invoices)
Strong analytical skills, energetic, ability to work as a team and under pressure, detail-oriented and resourceful
Team Player with excellent communication skills to complement strong problem-solving abilities
Driven, structured, results-oriented with a positive & professional attitude
