Microsoft is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Commercial Marketplace Strategy to join our fast-paced commercial marketplace team. You will be responsible for ensuring that leading Independent Software Vendors and channel partners can effectively leverage the Microsoft commercial marketplace as a new and exciting channel for scalable and efficient, global growth. In this role, you will build deep relationships with market leading ISVs, and partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Business Planning and Field Sales teams to ensure that ISVs and channel partners can drive accelerated growth and efficiency to meet the requirements of Microsoft customers. You will also manage projects across internal and external teams to help scale, and effectively create and position policies that benefit ISVs and channel partners along with Microsoft customers.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the current Microsoft commercial marketplace policies and competition to define go-forward fee & pricing strategyBuild a programmatic framework to help our ISV and channel partners launch and execute scalable GTM motions to acquire net new customers for them and for MicrosoftWork with Engineering, Sales, Business Planning, and Finance to provide a comprehensive and multi-faceted engagement processWork closely with cross-functional teams to continuously ensure that the Microsoft commercial marketplace is the preference of choice for ISVs, channel partners, and customersPrepare and provide business reviews to the senior management teams, both internally and externally, regarding progress and metricsEmbody our Culture and Values

QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.

Additional Or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
