SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical strategic role in bringing Enrollment Solutions products to market by crafting compelling go-to-market strategies and launch plans, defining positioning and messaging that speaks to product value propositions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize exposure and drive adoption. This role is also responsible for creating the overall marketing strategy for Finalsite’s Independent School clients and prospects in alignment with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Customer Marketing. Although you’ll specialize in and own the go-to-market for Enrollment Solutions, you’ll be an expert in Independent Schools and how Finalsite’s full suite of school engagement solutions can meet their needs.

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spearhead GTM (go-to-market) strategy and execution for Enrollment Solutions product line.

• Create launch plans, product and marketing messaging, sales enablement, digital/media assets and internal/external communications to maximize exposure and drive customers to take action.

• Provide market and competitive insights to inform marketing and sales enablement materials.

• Partner with product, marketing and sales teams to develop highly engaging, customer-centric messaging that drives product/platform adoption throughout the customer experience.

• Maintain a strong pulse on positioning, competitive landscape, market trends and news that may impact messaging or campaigns.

• Work with our customers to create case studies and customer success stories.

• Find and nurture brand evangelists through relationships with sales reps and via social media as a source to help promote our products.

• Work with the growth marketing teams to communicate our proposition to appropriate personas for customers and prospects.

• Work with the product team to establish KPIs to measure product / feature adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS

• Proven ability to lead projects and partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Client Success, and Sales Enablement

• Demonstrated track record of prior success in launching new products and developing/executing on marketing plans

• Ability to translate client needs into marketing requirements and effective messaging and positioning

• Familiarity with principles of content marketing and demand generation

• Excellent project management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

• Bonus points if you’ve worked in EdTech
