Design Manager

to join our team. We are a firm that works in both the public and private sectors, focusing on projects that positively impact communities. As Mid-Level Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the development of projects from concept through construction. This position will be based in San Diego, CA.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop project designs that meet client and other stakeholder requirements.Travel to job sites throughout the country conducting field surveys.Develop construction documents and provide support during the construction process.Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architecture, with a focus on public and private sector projects.Strong design and technical skills, including proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Revu, and other design software. We are a Revit-first firm.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both in person and virtually.Willingness and capability to travel to project sites nationwide.Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification a plus.Experience with community engagement and stakeholder management a plus.Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world around us.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
