You have passion for human-centered design and clean user experience. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you’ll join a small but critical team focused on improving AAA Member experience across core products and services including Roadside Assistance, Member benefits, insurance and automotive services.Essential FunctionsYou’ll deliver user experience research and design in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team effort to improve websites, products and services used by millions.Research:

Help us understand our Members, their needs, and their pain points. Design and run qualitative studies, as well as competitive and landscape analysis. Report insights and recommendations, and follow through to convert your findings into real improvements. You should know from experience what types of research to apply when, given Member and business needsPlan:

Work closely with product managers to identify, scope, prototype and deliver designs that drive home business goals. Bring stakeholders including developers, visual designers, and marketers together to draw out a shared understanding of solid goals, given occasionally hazy requirementsDesign:

Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism and able to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligentlyAdvocate:

Work for the Member experience and for user-centered design. Frame your arguments effectively to fit our diverse stakeholders’ points of view. Bring the designer's toolkit to help us solve human problems with human-centered solutions, tools, and approaches. Use your design and research skills to drive exceptional outcomes.Develop and execute user testing initiativesKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesFluent user of Figma – you’ve used it during at least three professional projects. You’re comfortable building and using components, auto-layout is your best friend, and you like to work in the tool collaborativelyWell versed in the fundamentals and best practices of interaction design and information architectureProficient in responsive and mobile design best practices, including Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and, ideally, Baymard’s research.Experience designing for the web, Android and iOSExperience with generative AI tools and services to accelerate and boost the quality of design, design research and product development (Preferred)Familiarity with Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and/or Dovetail to deliver solid results on the job (Preferred)Education & Experience/Licenses & CertificationFive or more years of UX design experience, preferably with experience designing web sites and mobile applications (Required)Bachelor's degree in Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (Required)Master's degree (Preferred)Expertise in UX software such as InVision, Figma, UXPin, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like (Required)Advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus (Preferred)#OLG_RX#LI-OH1We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $124,853.00 - Mid: $156,065.00- Max: $187,279.00#J-18808-Ljbffr
