Responsibilities:Accurately log all job requests and communicate, in a timely manner, with clientsCreate, modify, assemble, and bind documents, and prepare reportsPerform general clerical duties in connection with the Reprographics Department's needsQuality check all work products to ensure accuracy and completion of all client specificationsArrange for delivery of printed materials, per client instructions, using overnight and local courier servicesPerform key ops procedures on office reprographics equipmentTroubleshoot problems with reprographics equipment and place service calls as neededEnsure the confidential integrity of the workspace and projects in progressWork on special projects as designated by the client and/or RRD managementMaintain inventory of office supplies needed for Reprographics work, i.e. paper, toner, etc.Communicate consistently with management on projects or equipment-related mattersPerform other duties as needed, at the siteHandling of supplies (this includes all the supplies for the daily operations of the SF office. Which includes ordering toner, paper, pens/pencils, binding items, coversheets, notepads & etc for the entire office. The associate should also track the inventory & reorder as needed to maintain constant workable levels to support the daily operations of the SF office)Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required2 or more years experience in a customer service function in a relatable industryIntermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to quickly learn proprietary systemsStrong computer literacy and ability to work in a team environment"Can do" attitude to provide premier service to clientsDesire to train across multiple job functionsAbility to handle highly confidential informationAdditional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
