The AWS Brand team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to drive the development and delivery of design and creative projects across high impact workstreams including core brand system components, creative enablement and brand guidance, and bespoke brand campaigns.

You will be adept at thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to assess and manage risks, understand and communicate trade-offs, and manage multiple end-to-end creative workflows. You will earn the trust of your peers, demonstrate bias for action, problem-solving skills, and maintain clear and concise communication across multiple stakeholders and projects.Key Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, strategy, and creative to establish clear and actionable project plans, including timelines and deliverables.Gather appropriate project inputs and facilitate the development of the creative brief in partnership with strategy and creative.Manage meetings, creative reviews, and related follow-up with Brand leadership, stakeholders, and working teams.Gather asset specs, create trackers, and manage delivery of final assets.Manage external agencies when needed.Stay one step ahead of project deadlines and provide weekly updates on project status.Offer solutions when faced with roadblocks or unexpected delays.Contribute to organization-wide initiatives meant to improve how we work as a team and deliver for stakeholders.A Day in the Life Diverse Experiences: AWS values diverse experiences. 3+ years as a creative project manager or in a creative agency, in-house brand team, or similar experience.3+ years' experience working within cross-functional and creative teams.3+ years' experience in digital and content production timelines and process.Knowledge and proficiency with project management tools (Asana).Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years' additional relevant agency or creative experience.Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of brand design and campaign processes and timelines.Knowledge of Adobe design including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Experience using Figma.Global or multi-country localization and/or transcreation experience.Experience with brand strategy and robust brand design systems.Experience with brand and design operations including process development, file and folder management, etc.Previous experience staffing creative projects.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
