We're looking for a Content Designer to join us on our mission to help build the most intuitive crypto product experiences and make crypto accessible to everyday users. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting product content that empowers people to understand crypto investing, market conditions, and other sophisticated financial concepts. This role requires strong foundational knowledge of the crypto space and the drive to keep building expertise.

Partner with design, product, and research to build delightful user experiences and shape the product roadmapEngage throughout the product development process to improve the overall experience and ensure consistencyCreate and advocate for approachable, simple language that best communicates our mission externallyDevelop frameworks, guidelines, and processes to help define and improve product content and UX at RobinhoodBalance customer experience and business impact with speed and qualityIncorporate user research into content decisions for product experiencesContribute to educational content that empowers our customers to learn about cryptoPresent your work to cross-functional teams in product reviews and provide feedback during weekly critsAbout you:
4+ years content design or UX writing experienceEagerness to shape product direction from ideation to post-launch, including contributing to design and researchExperience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and ability to communicate this efficiently to the teamExperience conducting content and comparative auditsAbility to translate technical concepts into concise, easy-to-understand languageAbility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraintsFamiliarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval processSolid subject expertise and deep interest in cryptocurrencies. Plus, the ability to master new crypto subjects quickly.What we offer
