in our Thin Films manufacturing group!With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan, local sales offices throughout the world and on-site applications support, FUJIFILM Electronic Materials supplies the world's top tier semiconductor manufacturers with a broad array of products and services used throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process.The RoleOur Manufacturing Technicians on our Thin Films team support receiving and cleaning containers, monitoring distillations, and packaging containers.External US:Key responsibilities for this role include:Prepare new and returnable drums and totes for filling, including labelling, pressure testing, and pumping out heelsFill and package drums and totesSample and particle count productCharging and monitoring distillationsObtain forklift certification and perform material handling operations as assignedCorrectly document containers processed as required by standard operating procedure, including manual and electronic logs, forms, and labelsOperate manual and automated equipment in support of job functionsMust be capable of making necessary mechanical connections for tank systems and tankersCommunicate equipment status and outages to the lead and other supervision, as needed for correct, safe operation. Assist maintenance to troubleshoot and operate equipment for repair activitiesMaintain job associated certifications and tasks above the basic level. Maintain EHS and other facility training currentAssist with operational, quality, and safety reviews, as assignedMaintain a constant state of alertness and work in a safe mannerPerform other duties, as assigned.REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or GEDStrong Communication skillsDemonstrated abilities to work independently and as a team0-2 years manufacturing experience in related industryStrong troubleshooting skillsStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude a plusGood computer skills a plusAbility to lift at 60 lbs.Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs.Experience in operating a forklift and other manufacturing toolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well with others at all levels of the organizationMust have a valid Arizona drivers license and clean driving recordAbility to work varied shifts to include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekendsAbility to be fitted for and wear a respiratorThis is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
