Marketing Assistant

Integrated Facility Services is a mechanical contractor in Fenton, Missouri with a 55+ year history in the Saint Louis metro and outstate Missouri. We are looking for tech savvy Marketing Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our team. IFS is 100% employee owned. Marketing Assistant Duties:

Create marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials

Design and create graphics for internal and external marketing materials

Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers

Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including marketing events, digital ads and newsletters

Organize meetings of the marketing committee

Assist the marketing committee with administrative tasks

Maintain a calendar of all external and internal marketing events

Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of marketing deliverables and materials, keep records of their distribution

Collaborate with other departments as needed

Required Education and Experience

Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop

Strong Organizational Skills

Strong Writing Skills
