As a school leader in creative education embarking on 25 years, LoveWorks Academy for the Arts (LWA)is a distinguished charter school in the Twin Cities offering various arts programming and embodied creative intelligence. LWA is a community K through 8th-grade school, working alongside families, providing professional employment opportunities, and building leaders with love.

With intimate classroom settings of 12-15 students, our unique learning model at LWA supports our artist-scholars in fostering healthy relationships, critical thinking, ethical choices, intellectual curiosity, and intrinsic creativity. Serving 98% Black and Latino students, LWA consistently performs throughout the city and district showing the learning as practice. 100% of LWA attend high school students and have gone on to earn admission to college each year, and are often the first in their families to attend college.

COMPENSATION
