COMPANY:Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to bring onto the team.

bout the job:s an integral member of the B2B Product Marketing team, you will drive product marketing initiatives for Document Cloud. You will define key market opportunities for our product offerings, have a deep understanding of our customer and competitors. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Category Marketing, and Analytics. You will also understand and define key customer segments and help to define the product strategy.

You understand software as a service and subscription models, excel at establishing relationships and credibility across diverse groups, a self-starter with strong initiative. What You'll Do

Own and drive Product Marketing work including messaging, customer insights, product strategy and competitive insights.Work closely with the Product teams to identify and nurture new product opportunities for growthDevelop compelling value proposition messaging for products to convince them to try, buy, and adopt our software.Partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and analytics teams to define strategic opportunities and priorities. Own the communication and rollout.Contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy and success of product launches/roll-out. This includes cross-functional leadership to deliver on business growth objectives.Develop compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials that resonate with target audiences.Be a powerful storyteller with expertise on customer empathy, motivations, and problems.Skills:

Utilizes and interprets insights to advise decisions and strategic direction.Demonstrates test & learn, and growth mentality.Demonstrated leadership success in multifaceted environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to drive high-impact business initiatives; highly collaborative work style.Proficient in market research and how to use research and data to advise marketing strategies.Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.Be able to demonstrate successful experience developing and driving enterprise B2B sales plays, as well as experience creating and leading sales enablement.Proven experience working closely with enterprise sales teams to develop account plans, support deals and be a force multiplier on key accounts.Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.Creative and nimble. You think on your feet, try new approaches and are willing to learn from your mistakes. You have the perseverance without the ego.Outstanding presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate priorities and sophisticated ideas as well as influence across partners and organizations.
