About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly strategic, and creative marketer who will work collaboratively with our Chief Brand Officer to lead and execute the seasonal, integrated brand and product storytelling for Fair Harbor inclusive of influencer & creator marketing, events and activations. Connecting Fair Harbor with our customers in an authentic and brand-right way to drive organic advocacy.

In conjunction with the CBO, this role is responsible for incubating, developing and engaging an ecosystem to serve as storytellers to communicate key campaigns, brand moments, products, cause and purpose initiatives, and more. Successful candidates in this role will drive revenue, achieve vast reach and scale, inspire conversations in social feeds/ earned press and ensure consistency of the brand across all customer touchpoints..

Responsibilities

Brand Marketing :In conjunction with the CBO, lead the strategy and execution of integrated, seasonal GTM plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic and advocacy. Partner with eComm and marketing channel owners to align on seasonal objectives, campaign elements, investment and KPIs.Establish an integrated, GTM process (owning the GTM Calendar) to improve cross-functional communication, cross-channel execution and on-time delivery of assets.Partner with external research partners on consumer insights that will inform all marketing efforts.Be a brand steward that champions a consistent look & feel, tone of voice and quality of execution across all touchpoints.Foster a consumer-first orientation within the organization that encourages a deep curiosity and passion for the consumer, an unwavering commitment to excellence across the consumer journey and promotes a test-and-learn mindset.Understand how to navigate and identify whitespace at the intersection of brand culture and creators to build distinct and innovative marketing strategiesInfluencer:

Oversee influencer marketing campaigns (managed internally), from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.Define the Fair Harbor influencer and build relationships on behalf of the brand - from micro to mega talent, with a responsive eye to identifying rising stars and up and coming talentCraft an influencer infrastructure that supports both organic and paid initiatives based on the program objective and builds our community intentionally.Architect an organic and paid influencer marketing strategy focused on brand-building tentpole moments, always-on evergreen strategy, key product launches and collab / experiential initiatives - thoughtfully considering organic engagement + reach as well as performance metrics.Create influencer guidelines, toolkits and briefs to support on-brand content developmentBuild and maintain meaningful relationships across our communityIn partnership with the Acquisition Direction, own the affiliate marketing programs, fostering relationships with partners to drive brand visibility and meaningful sales and business outcomes, with both individuals, platforms, and editorial affiliates.Work closely with media team to ensure maximized efforts around talent and usage are being worked through paid channelsQualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience building, operating, and scaling an influencer marketing function. Brand management experience, preferably with a lifestyle or apparel brandA unique combination of strategy, creative and planning skills with a proven track record in brand positioning, campaign and program development and brand storytellingThe ability to translate product, trend and merchandising strategies into unique marketing narrativesExceptional leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional and agency partners that ensure team successRelentless curiosity and passion for the consumer and their worldA deep knowledge of the social / digital landscape and the unique strategies across platforms - with expertise in organic, paid, and affiliate influencer marketingProven track record of negotiating contracts and deals with micro influencers to VIPs, with the assistance of an agency or legal teamAn entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced cultureAn elevated taste level - strong aesthetic judgment, can convey and execute a vision, while maintaining and elevating brand standardsInterest in the sustainable apparel, coastal living and/or outdoor industryWhat We Offer
