Job Description:Position Summary:

The

Marketing Coordinator

will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams. The role will also be responsible for reporting on department metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Under direct supervision, will perform various administrative duties supporting marketing team projects and initiatives with media partners, key opinion leaders, customers, tradeshows, dealer partners, and sales.Supports digital initiatives and assists with social media campaigns.Assists in measuring the performance of marketing programs and campaigns by generating reports on key marketing metrics.Creates newsletters and communications to Sales, Customers, and Key Opinion Leaders.Provides real-time tracking, fulfillment, and submissions of sales contests and marketing programs.Supports in executing events such as tradeshows by ordering, shipping, tracking materials, and creating promotional flyers.Manages Customer Care tracker and inputs promotions.Administers incentive programs including Gift Card program.Maintain marketing tools such as content management system, catalog, Smartsheet.Ensures the quality of marketing material at receipt. Manages and monitors inventory and recommends restocking and purchases.Sets up vendors, creates purchase orders, and tracks payment of invoices.Follows departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.Adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety and quality.Participates in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS).Complies with company policies and procedures including quality and safety.Incidental Duties:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field required plus experience performing administrative duties within marketing required ORHigh school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required.Experience with project management software required, preferably Smartsheet.Skills and Abilities:

Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Ability to quickly learn computer business systems required.Ability to understand product applications, specifications, functionality, structure, assembly and test methods/processes required.Capable of handling and inspecting small components required.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English required.Ability to read and interpret written instructions in English.Physical Demands:

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$20.80 - $29.90 per hour
