is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, TikTok Shop

How Do You Fit In?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our TikTok Shop initiatives for Womens, Mens and Scrubs. This role is integral to our influencer marketing strategy, focusing on managing relationships with TikTok influencers, approving sample requests, and creating engaging content briefs. You will play a crucial part in organizing content creation days and ensuring the seamless execution of influencer campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be hyper-organized and can effectively manage multiple projects at a time.

You will report to the Director, Influencerand partner closely with other TikTok Shop stakeholders including merch, operations, social media and acquisition.

What you can bring:

Bachelor's degree; emphasis in communications, marketing or public relations preferred

1-2 years of full-time experience in PR, marketing or influencer relations and/or 2 years of internship experience

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

A positive, high-energy team player who possesses excellent organization and project management skills

Solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to work on multiple projects at a time and quickly pivot based on brand needs

Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving environment

Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and understanding of social media platforms

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience filming and editing videos for TikTok

What you will do:

Act as the primary point of contact for TikTok influencers, managing the TikTok Shop inbox and fostering strong relationships with creators.

Review and approve sample requests from influencers, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

Develop comprehensive briefs for products and monthly stories, providing clear guidelines to influencers to generate on-brand content that drives sales.

Identify and source potential TikTok creators who align with Fabletics' brand values and target audience.

Assess and review influencer-generated content, ensuring it meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Identify and flag high-performing content for the paid and social teams to maximize its use across different marketing channels.

Coordinate and organize shoot days with employees to produce content specifically for TikTok ads and social media.

Film content and edit for Tik Tok.

Work closely with TikTok Shop stakeholders to align influencer marketing efforts with overall strategies.

The hourly range for this position is from $26.87-28.85. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
