The Digital Marketing role will support the Vice President of Marketing in the execution of ad distribution including paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin), paid search (Google,

Microso ), paid video (Youtube) and media buying (CTV / Streaming, OLV, Tradedesk, WSJ,

Collegiate Parent etc).

Reports to: VP of Marketing

Wage Status: Exempt (Ineligible for overtime)

Assist VP of Marketing in the execution of paid media, email, paid / organic social media and display advertising initiatives.Manage execution paid search, social, video and display advertising alongside digital agency, hitting deadlines, implementing strategy changes, auditing and maintaining digital platform roadmap. Platforms include Meta Ad Network, Google Ad Network (including Youtube), Microso Ad Network, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Linkedin, Tradedesk.Own updates for ILS sites including Apartment Guide and Zillow.Assist VP of Marketing in executing 360 go-to-market media buying for lease up properties.Lead execution of media buying efforts including contracting, content distribution and invoicing across many different channels / mediums including Trade Desk, Wall Street Journal, NBCU, Philadelphia Magazine, New York Time etc.Monitor digital platform budget in partnership with VP of Marketing.Serve as expert on owned / paid digital advertising trends, regulations and technology.Input offer changes access all channels paid media, website and ILS.Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload. • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.Skills and Qualifications
