We are currently looking to add a

Marketing and Events Coordinator

to our Marketing team in

St.Cloud, MN . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs for the Marketing Department, coordinates tradeshow activities, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company's strategic priorities. Primary focus will be managing corporate tradeshows.

This is a partial remote position, work from home days are Monday's and Friday's.

Some key duties in this role include:Manage the Marketing email in-box, supporting our Sales and Distribution partners, in coordination with the Distribution Marketing Manager.Support the activities of the Distribution Marketing Manager with the management of corporate tradeshows and events, including registration, travel, logistics and shipping activities.Oversee the maintenance, storage, shipping and ordering of event displays.Support on-line training and virtual events, including the shipment of product samples and marketing materials.Source company swag, promotional items, trade show displays, printed collateral and other marketing materials, order product, and manage inventory.Manage and order business cards for Microbiologics company wide and assist with new-employee onboarding efforts as needed.Keep the Marketing storage area clean and organized.Post and maintain the organization of Microbiologics digital assets on the Marketing and Sales drives, the website, Salesforce, and training portals.Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members, customers, and company contacts.Assist with the management of distributor partner contracts.Update presentations in PowerPoint and/or other digital applications.Support digital marketing communications efforts such as social media sites, corporate website, and other applications.Upload product information to Microbiologics.com in support of Product Management.Review distributor partner websites for appropriate branding and content to ensure brand standards are maintained and content is accurate and up to date.Oversee pricing updates and dissemination to distributor partners.Implement product line and SKU updates with distributor partners.Perform and oversee shipping activities for the Marketing Department.Support key projects for the Marketing Team as needed, including research projects, competitive analysis, advertising and promotion, and presentation events.What makes you a good fit?

Here is what we are looking for:

Bachelors degree in a related field requiredMinimum of two years of previous administrative and/or business support experience.Previous event planning preferred.
