What You Will Do at Graco

Responsible for the overall success of bringing to market Graco's lead portfolio for a specified segment. An energetic product marketing champion who is able to translate strategic growth objectives into the formulation and execution of integrated marketing plans to achieve market growth through brand awareness, demand generation campaigns, sales and channel partner enablement.

Marketing Strategic Planning and Execution

Create and execute global integrated go-to-market plans with regional coordination and measurable KPIs against key performance goalsDevelop lead portfolio for target segment and articulate our differentiated positioning for current and prospective customers based on customer needs and how they buyCreate enablement program for our go-to-market partners that deepens collaboration and provides Graco a market advantageIdentify and participate in industry, partner events and conferences in support of our strategic plans.

New Product Launches

Responsible for new product launches with measurable KPIs against key performance goals globally and with regional collaboration. Develop quantifiable value proposition, messaging and positioning that resonate with target market and buyer persona.Create and execute marketing plans for brand awareness, demand generation, sales and channel enablement. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing in the creation of thought leadership, portfolio content, sales tools, integrated campaigns and advertising.Coordinate conferences, trade shows, webinarsTrack and report on KPIs while providing insights and recommendations to improve results

Customer and Competitive and Market Research

Plan and conduct VOC, develop market segmentation and define the buyer journey map for target personasEvaluate, track and monitor market and competitor trends, translating them into messaging that differentiates the Graco portfolio
