Lanoha Nurseries is searching for a Residential Landscape Designer in our Landscape Construction Division who will assist in all phases of the design & install process. This includes initial meetings with clients, creating landscape designs, estimating, presenting proposals, material acquisition, site layouts, and supervision of our landscape labor force. Your designs will be installed by Nebraska's most talented & dedicated landscape construction crews.
RequirementsDegree in Construction Management, Landscape Design, or previous experience preferredKnowledge of plant and hardscape materials in our regionAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentSelf-starter who is committed to producing quality work that exceeds expectationsExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to adapt to changes in workflow throughout the day to meet job needs and changesSpanish Speaking a Plus!ResponsibilitiesEstablishing & maintaining a positive relationship with clients throughout the project and afterMaintain the highest level of integrity and professionalismMonitor job progressOn-site work and project coordinationProject billingWork at a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgencyWorking closely with vendors, contractors and employees; ensuring exceptional service and quality at alltimesWhat we offerCompetitive salary & commissionEnergetic, focused & creative work environmentMedical, dental, vision, 401(k)Paid holidays & vacationVetted job leads; no cold calling required
