In this newly created position, this person will help to build out the function and strategic planning to enable the GTM team with product launches, campaigns, and collateral to continue to successfully grow the business.Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to support awareness, demand, and adoption of Halcyon's anti-ransomware security solutions.Responsible for creating all analyst briefings, marketing campaigns and communications (press releases, demonstrations, tradeshow materials, website assets and content).Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value and differentiation of our products to target audiences.Go-to-Market Planning: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product management, and engineering teams. Responsible for the roll out to internal teams. Customers, partners and prospects.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Content Development: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, datasheets, blog posts, and presentations to support product, sales and marketing efforts. Translate complex technical features and benefits into clear, compelling content that resonates with non-technical audiences.Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver sales enablement materials and training to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products.Ownership of pricing, competitive analysis, playbooks and any other collateral needed to align the business on the selling model.Communicate all feedback on the product back to engineering leadership, acting as a voice for the customer.Requirements:10+ years in a B2B SaaS cybersecurity company, preferably in the endpoint, threat detection, or threat hunting space.Experience acting as the key person leading the execution of product marketing, working directly with the engineering and product management teams on strategy through to completion.Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable with speaking engagements.Ability to translate technical terms into sales and marketing content for numerous audiences.Organized, self-starter with an excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.Halcyon offers the following benefits to eligible employees:Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents.401k plan with a generous employer contribution.Short and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance plans.Medical and dependent care FSA options.Flexible PTO policy.Parental leave.Generous equity offering.The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.Base Salary Range : $230,000 - $250,000In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
