Ability to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to foster buy-in and drive action across Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.Ability to drive product marketing strategy and execution, owning outcomes for multiple products/projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent writing and content development skills for various formats, translating user insights into impactful marketing materials.Excellent narrative development and storytelling skills to craft compelling value propositions for diverse audiences, including executives.About the job Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.Within People Operations (POps), you will be responsible for unifying, accelerating, and scaling POps’ ability to deliver extraordinary value to Google. You will bring key POps products to market, driving their positioning and usage across Google to support company priorities.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead end-to-end product marketing for key POps products, encompassing segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign development. Drive strategic campaigns aligned with user needs, cross-product positioning, and Google's overarching people narrative.Serve as a strategic advisor to product and program owners, advocating for end users (e.g., Googlers, Managers, Leaders) throughout the product lifecycle.Craft compelling narratives that not only articulate core product stories, value propositions, and unique selling points but also create narrative frameworks that can be applied and scaled across marketing Go-to-Market activities.Develop a comprehensive suite of enablement assets (e.g., presentations, one-sheeters, comm docs, etc.) tailored to diverse audience personas, equipping cross-functional partners with the knowledge and tools needed to drive successful commercialization efforts.Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams ensuring cohesive messaging and coordinated execution throughout the product launch and lifecycle.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
