DescriptionDirector Planning and Design - Hybridhis Director Planning & Design will be responsible for the pre-planning and design phases of all capital projects in their assigned division. This role will manage projects in their division from conception through design development and will then support the construction team from construction documents through occupancy. This will be a highly visible role that will work closely with other platforms within RESO, including construction, environmental stewardship, operations, and finance; along with Divisional Leadership. Specifically, this role will effectively partner with the Strategy & Business Development teams to plan for and realize the built environment needs to successfully advance the divisions strategic initiatives.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in Architecture, Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience

Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

8 years of experience in architecture and design, a portion of which has been in the healthcare industry.

6 years of Management or applicable leadership experience.

2 years of Healthcare experience

2 years of HACI experience (only applicable if role supports markets in California)
