Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) offers a common set of over one-hundred cloud services — from Kubernetes and VMware to AI services and superclusters of GPUs for training the latest GenAI models.Oracle is seeking a results-driven product marketing professional with the proven ability to lead a team delivering high impact strategic plans and assets in a fast-paced cross-functional environment while multi-tasking complex projects. This role needs to contribute individually and as a leader. The work is non-routine and requires advanced technical/business skills.Responsibilities include leading a team of product marketers to develop and implement programs in support of the marketing strategy, as well as product and feature launches, turning product features and use cases into benefits-focused messaging and content for specific audiences.ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIESProvide leadership, direction, and development for a team of senior Product Marketers.Craft and develop compelling audience- and initiative-specific messages and tools specific to different audiences or campaigns.Manage a specific OCI domain and launch new products and features from that domain to relevant markets and audiences.Develop and support marketing campaigns across events and digital to increase adoption of OCI.Maintain an effective web presence for your OCI domain.Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure effective content, launches, and sales enablement.Collaborate with product, alliances, field marketing, PR, AR, and other teams to ensure effective content, launches, and marketing campaigns.Establish and report on business metrics for the efficacy of your services.Develop market and competitive intelligence expertise that can inform messaging.Provide regular updates to executive management.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSAt least 2 - 4 years of experience in managing cloud or enterprise software product marketing teams.8+ years of B2B product marketing or product management experience.Prior success in leading go-to-market strategy and product launch across all phases for enterprise software, cloud platform, or cloud infrastructure.Prior success in developing and deploying “first best” product messaging globally.Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Communicates effectively with senior leadership.Good understanding of cloud computing, software, artificial intelligence, and experience creating content for and marketing to key personas in the cloud infrastructure and platform domain.Ability to work with minimal supervision and strategically prioritize multiple tasks proactively.Ability to think strategically with tactical execution.Demonstrated ability to produce compelling, high-quality work on short timelines.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to distill complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways and communicate them verbally or through strong written communication.Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.Prior success in driving execution of large-scale launches and other project plans across multiple teams.Product management experience in the cloud infrastructure, cloud platform, or AI domains.Does this sound like you?
