Actively participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user testing and data insights.

Champion Design Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices within the health-tech space, ensuring our designs adhere to accessibility guidelines, brand guidelines, and meet user expectations.

Communicate Design Decisions and Insights: Clearly present design concepts to stakeholders, articulate design decisions, and effectively communicate research findings and usability insights to influence product development.

Requirements

Figma Proficiency: 2+ years of experience with Figma, including a demonstrated ability to work with auto-layout, interactive components, prototyping, and wireframing.

Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or fin-tech industries. Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

Ideal Qualities

Figma Mastery: Proficiency with Figma, with a proven ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for testing and user feedback.

User Research and Data Analysis Skills: Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.

Experience with Accessibility Standards: A strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and principles (WCAG) to ensure designs are inclusive and accessible for all users.

Passion for Health-tech: Genuine interest in improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions and a commitment to leveraging technology to create positive change.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines.
