As the Vice President, Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client, pursuit and proposal development for Redgate. Leveraging your expertise in marketing, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives that differentiate Redgate and support overall business growth. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable setting marketing strategies and rolling up their sleeves to execute marketing deliverables. Some travel is required to support our strategic growth initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic and Raleigh, NC markets.

Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Key Responsibilities :Collaborate with Redgate partners and senior management to develop and execute a differentiated marketing plan and budget aligned with business objectives that propel the growth of Redgate in three geographic regions (Boston, Mid-Atlantic, and Raleigh, NC).Leverage project management, writing, and design skills to develop sales enablement materials including proposals, case studies, brochures, and new business presentations ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.Execute best in the industry client engagement strategies and pursuit positioning activities and oversee proposals and presentations with an eye on continual improvement and incorporating critical intelligence into future efforts.Play a key role in supporting Redgate pursuit managers on overall pursuit status and readiness to win.Lead digital marketing efforts in collaboration with Senior Marketing Manager, including website management, SEO optimization, email marketing, and social media engagement, to enhance online visibility and drive demand generation.Increase Redgate brand awareness and visibility through media engagement, press releases, and social media.Identify and manage industry sponsorship and speaking opportunities including coordinating Redgate’s presence at industry events and trade shows.In collaboration with Senior Marketing Manager, lead client events including concept, business purpose, event registration and email invitation process, and event execution.Manage external marketing partners as needed.Lead internal communications and employee events as needed.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously innovate and elevate marketing efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent a plus.10-15 years' experience in strategic marketing and 3-5 years' experience in commercial real estate, the AEC industry or professional services industryExperience in leading and winning large, complex, strategic pursuitsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrategic mindset and sound judgment to identify gaps in pursuits and proposals and coach team on solutions.Strong business acumen with an aptitude for improving processes with a commitment to internal and external client service.Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an understanding articulating client value.Proven track record in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and managing budgets effectively.Strong sales enablement skills including proposal and presentation creation.Demonstrated track record of achieving tangible results through successful management of PR and social media channels.Experience in planning and leading successful events including event registration, email marketing, and event execution.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor others while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Proficiency graphic design, with skills in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and the latest in presentation software.Proficiency in digital marketing tools including email marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems a plus.
