Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-loving person to join our North America Skin Care team on the OLAY skincare brand. You will focus on leading talkability strategies and PR plan execution that build the business by effectively engaging key stakeholders through holistic marketing plans. This role will own leadership of tactics for securing earned media, credentialing, integrated marketing plans and events. You will be creating and driving culturally relevant ideas, shareable content, credentials, and more. In addition, you’ll also influence the continued evolution of the OLAY brand as a beloved brand for over 70 years. This role is all about innovation and driving breakthrough communications that delight a diverse range of consumers, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders alike. You should continually seek new and better ways of getting the job done and be passionate about building the best communications campaigns in the beauty industry- not just at P&G but anywhere.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who:

Integrates insights & cultural trends to independently define and execute communications strategies that elevate brand equity, drive talkability and consumer consideration.

Strong agency and multi-functional partner management experience to foster strong collaboration for quality content & coverage more effectively.

Excels in executing multiple touchpoint strategies and events, always upholding high beauty standards, for outcomes that drive total business objectives.

Demonstrates the ability to anticipate and lead crisis management in high-pressure situations managing across and up the organization.

Show a strong track-record of developing influential communications campaigns that result in a sales lift, or compel consumer to action (this includes experience developing best-in-class digital and social engagement campaigns).

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

5-7 (or more) years of relevant work experience (Marketing/PR/media agency, in-house, etc.)

A Bachelors, Masters or MBA in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or similar degree

-Ability to relocate to Cincinnati, OH

Comfortable with 20% travel
