Director of Marketing and Sales , you will lead our marketing and sales efforts, shaping our brand identity and expanding our client base within the hospitality sector. Leveraging your industry expertise and leadership skills, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership to align marketing and sales strategies with the firm's overall objectives.Elevate our brand visibility in the hospitality sector through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.Drive revenue growth by increasing sales volumes and maximizing profit margins.Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals, managing the hospitality marketing and sales budget.Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing and sales professionals, overseeing their development and performance.Analyze key market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to enhance strategic planning and decision-making.Cultivate strong relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders.Manage the creation of marketing materials to effectively represent our design FF+E procurement capabilities.Collaborate with internal teams to propose customized solutions for our hospitality clients.Negotiate and close deals with major accounts to meet revenue targets.Monitor and report on sales metrics and market data to refine strategies and processes.Coordinate and represent the company at industry events to promote our brand and expand business opportunities.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of 10 years in marketing and sales within the hospitality industry, particularly in interior design or similar fields.Successful track record of achieving marketing and sales targets and leading a team in a competitive environment.Extensive network within the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
