The Marketing Partner will drive positive business results by partnering with P&L owners to create and execute marketing strategies, while establishing marketing programs to support and grow the organization’s diverse offering of products and services.This role will lead proactive discussions with P&L leaders and own planning, creating briefs, and executing campaigns, and communications that deliver on-time messaging to key targets and leverage optimal delivery vehicles, both digital and off-line. The Marketing Partner will work cross-departmentally to serve as a liaison and advocate between our Marketing team and P&L owners. This position will be accountable for growing awareness, industry penetration, will drive segmentation and targeting, and use data and market insights to realize results.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.Collaborates with P&L owners and leadership to identify unique advantages and prioritize messaging and promotions.Collaborates with sales and technology partners to understand and leverage customer data to drive segmentation, targeting, and communication strategies.Develop a communications strategy to engage various audience segments with the right message at the right time, including new product/offering launches.Identify relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s), monitor and analyze marketing efforts to make ongoing optimizations to drive financial efficiency and maximize gains.Identify opportunities to develop new channels and/or expand existing channels to deliver increased awareness, education, and ultimately customer acquisition.Communicate plans, tactics, and results (KPI’s) laterally across organization and upwardly to senior leadership on a consistent basis.Leverage Marketing and Digital team to drive brand consistency across touchpoints, creative assets, and campaign integration.Edit or create written content as needed and collaborate with design team to drive marketing materials.Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals.Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data.Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.20-25% travel.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
