What We Need

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Solutions Architect to join 2K’s in-house global Creative Studio team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe’s suite of products, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, Fusion, Adobe Analytics, Frame.IO, and among others. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management, organization, and storage of digital assets to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration across departments. Will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive Adobe Experience Cloud solutions that align with 2K’s business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design and Architecture: Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance Adobe Experience Solutions. Leading the technical planning and requirements gathering phases, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs.

Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation of Adobe Solutions, ensure they are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Workfront in conjunction with DAM for streamlined project execution and management.

Content Supply Chain: Administer and maintain a digital asset management system to ensure a robust digital experience platform. Implement and optimize for asset creation, approval, and publication using DAM. Manage DAM taxonomy to create and implement metadata structures and standards to enhance asset discoverability.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Workflow Optimization: Streamline asset management workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and integration with other tools and systems.

System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT support or vendors to ensure system reliability, scalability, and backups.

Asset Security and Permissions: Implement and enforce system access controls and permissions to safeguard 2K’s digital assets, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Training and Support: Create detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users regarding the Adobe systems, best practices, and guidelines.

System Optimization: Regularly evaluate and optimize DAM system performance for speed, reliability and scalability. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements of solutions to implement new features and improvements.

What Will Make You A Great Fit

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

5-8 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing Adobe Experience cloud solutions.

Proven experience with Adobe Products - AEM, Workfront, Fusion, and Analytics Including Creative Cloud and Google Suites.

Strong experience and knowledge as a DAM or System Administrator with a focus on digital asset management systems, metadata standards and taxonomy.

Experience integrating DAM systems with project management tools, particularly Workfront.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and provide user support.

Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards in the context of digital asset management.

Adobe product certifications in relevant Adobe products is a plus.
