Overall Purpose/Roles

If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Develop marketing strategies for the product vaccine team and ensure effective implementation of these strategies in the field. They should be the mobilizing force that will integrate both marketing and sales initiatives to achieve optimum results. They also serve as the link between their team and the available resources within the organization to support the achievement of business goals and objectives they have set for their team. They are also responsible for the ongoing development and motivation of their team and in aligning them to our core values.Specific Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure crafting of a business strategy for vaccine product, based on the BU’s business targets, and to the effective deployment of this strategy in the field.Analyze and plan of resource requirements. Negotiates and agrees budget and manages expenditure against it.Ensure that the activity and performance of staff are aligned with the organizations and department’s objectives. Develop employee’s capability and competence, evaluate performance and create an environment conducive to performance optimization.Drive the implementation of the product/market strategy including associated campaigns, monitor, review and revise implementation effectiveness. Take the lead in developing high-level marketing strategies for the entire vaccine product, oversee the development of marketing programs for the different products included in the franchise.RequirementMinimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Management, Pharmacy, Medical, Science or Health related.Minimum 10-14 years of experience in marketing field, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language).Advance on ethical product.Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities.Excellent project management skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue.Undergoes on-going media training to maintain skills.Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues.Strong on Medical communication phrase.
