This is a significant opportunity to support multiple product segments within Siemens Digital Industries Software. The role will lead the implementation of key communication strategies for the PLM Product Segments. The role will be the key point of contact for internal communications and presentations at executive levels, as well as external material coordination across multiple segments. The PLM Product Communications Leader will report directly to the Head of Executive & Culture Communications.Your Key Responsibilities· Executive Communications SupportoServe as the primary coordinator of executive communications, including external events (conferences, peer forums, customer engagements) and internal events (Learning Days, Town Halls, team messages).oCollaborate closely with the head of PLM Products to tailor and refine communication materials.oCraft visually appealing and impactful presentations that convey complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.oMaintain a list of critical presentation needs and ensure timely preparation and delivery.oAct as the point of contact for communication support requests directed to the head of PLM.oManage and curate the executive's social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.· Stakeholder EngagementoCollaborate with PLM segment peers, including Digital Manufacturing, Lifecycle Collaboration Software, Mainstream Engineering, Product Engineering, and Simulation and Test Solutions.oWork with DI SW functional partners such as Finance, People and Organization, Sales and Services, Strategy and Marketing, and Technology Office.oUnderstand key message requirements, objectives, and audience, and effectively communicate these messages to the market.oResearch market trends and competitors' approaches to gather data for inclusion in communication materials.· Cross-Segment Communication AlignmentoCoordinate PLM cross-segment messaging workstream to ensure consistency and alignment.oProvide indirect guidance and support to PLM marketing leads and teams.oDevelop templates to ensure a consistent 'look and feel' across all communication materials.oCoordinate the use of consistent terminology (e.g., maintaining a data dictionary of common terms).oDevelop and maintain a central repository for curated content to support communication efforts.Your Key Success Factors·Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through concise yet complete visuals.·Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives.·Expertise in Microsoft tools, particularly PowerPoint and Teams/SharePoint.·Enthusiasm for the iterative process and achieving impactful results.·Excellent time management and organizational skills at a program level.·Demonstrated experience working across multiple segments or business units, preferably on a global scale, requiring both direct and indirect influence.·Strong knowledge of PLM products or related enterprise technology is a significant plus.Nice to Have·Familiarity with product marketing and analytics.·Experience in the PLM/Software industry·Certification in communication, marketing, or related fields.·Degree or background in engineeringLocation and Travel
Orange County, CA is the preferred location, with on-site coordination with the PLM head via a hybrid format being ideal. Other U.S. locations will be considered,
with a very strong preference for the U.S. West Coast and Pacific time zone.

Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $123,300 to 209,600 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
