Our goal is simple: increase health confidence, improve self-efficacy, and reduce inappropriate healthcare spend.Role Overview:As a Marketing Coordinator at Activate Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing various marketing initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and design teams to execute marketing campaigns and strategies. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, executing email campaigns, and supporting lead generation efforts.Responsibilities:Contribute ideas and insights and develop strategies to improve marketing effectivenessAssist in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.Plan and develop content for various channels including website copy, social media posts, blogs, marketing collateral, and email campaigns.Manage corporate and leadership social media accounts and develop content to generate brand awareness and engagement, including organic and paid social.Manage email campaigns, including writing email content, prospect research, list segmentation, measuring results, and optimizing lead nurturing workflows.Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content for lead generation.Support lead generation efforts through email marketing, lead nurturing, and database management.Work with external graphic designers and agencies to create visually appealing marketing materials.Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, ebooks)Support Community Health Equity Projects through digital marketing and outreach, project coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.Collect and analyze data to measure marketing campaign performance and ROI.Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.2-3
