Accolades include Advertising Age Silver Award for Agency Culture, Advertising Age Southeast Small Agency of the Year and Modern Healthcare Agency of the Year.This position is located in Nashville, TN and requires 3+ years of experience and a top-caliber portfolio displaying your production expertise using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, among others.What You Would DoPrepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.Create, preflight, and edit files for various print projects including brochures, advertisements, packaging, logos, and signage.Develop and adapt designs for digital use, including web banners, social media graphics, email templates, and online advertisements.Perform quality checks on final files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.Ensure that all graphics and layouts are optimized for both print and digital formats.Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) for layout and design work.Knowledge of print production processes including color correction, prepress, and proofing.Understand and apply digital standards, including web and mobile resolutions, color spaces (RGB, CMYK), and file formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.).Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.Collaborate with designers and marketing team members to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues related to the design and production process.Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers to enhance the quality of the final product.What You NeedBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role within a creative or marketing environment.Proven experience in both print and digital production.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).Strong understanding of print production, digital media standards, and prepress processes.Familiarity with web design principles and tools, including HTML and CSS (optional but preferred).Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for consistency and quality.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle several jobs at one timeExcellent oral communication and presentation skillsReports to: Workflow ManagerBenefitsHealth insurance (agency contribution of 50%-75%)Host of supplemental policies to include, long-term, short-term & life401k with 50% match after vestingPaid vacation and sick timeOngoing training opportunitiesCompetitive family & medical leave policies10 paid holidays
