In-house marketing team provides leads and promotes the company for you! Work in conjunction with a design team and project management.Kitchen & Bath Designer candidate should have a minimum of 3 years kitchen/bath design/sales experience, relative degree preferred, and demonstrate the following skill set consistently:Proficient use of Word, Excel, and CAD based design programs (20/20, Planet, Auto Cad, or Chief Architect)Cabinetry design and specification experienceAbove average communication and people skillsProven sales ability historyThrive in an energetic and fast-paced environmentSkilled at coordinating multiple projects at one timeDetailed oriented, self-motivated, organizedPositive attitude, work as part of a teamWork according to client schedules (some eve/Sat appts)Passion and talent for residential designCompetitive base salary + commission, health insurance, PTO/vacation, 401K with profit sharing.
