The ideal candidate will be capable of drafting, developing, and executing marketing plans and strategies to meet the Company Growth Goals. Defines service plans for market segments. Manage sales of all the company's business, residential, and enhanced services. Conducts continuing appraisal of selling prices and market penetration. Maintains the company's competitive position. Provide public Relations and Community relationship development, which may require evening meetings. Must have 5-7 years of experience working at a mid-sized or larger organization.Essential Job Functions:Ensures attainment of company marketing objectives and competitive position by developing marketing plans and strategies for new and existing services and products. Implements or oversees implementation of strategies in accordance with company objectives.Research markets and prepares marketing forecasts and service plans for market segments.Establishes measurements and controls to continually monitor pricing strategies, sales volume, market penetration, and profits.Manages daily activities of sales and marketing, by working with the Sales & Billing Supervisor, Marketing Administrator, and Commercial Sales Representative, by assigning work, checking quality of work, answering questions, handling personnel issues, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of marketing activities.Prepares sales and marketing reports for review.Develop training programs to increase productivity and morale of sales staff.Ability to bring sales strategies to fit multiple demographics of customers.Performs all other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of Management Principles and Practices.Knowledge of Marketing Practices and Principles.Knowledge of Broadband Principles and Usage.Knowledge of Sales Practices and Principles.Knowledge of Company Products and Services.Skills in LeadershipSkills in Digital MarketingSkills in oral and written communication.Skills in identifying and resolving subscriber problems.Skills in operating various office equipment such as personal computer and telephone systems.Skill in operating various software programs such as Adobe Suite, CRM, and MS-Office.Ability to sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.Ability to accurately interpret market trends.Ability to communicate with customers and employees in a professional and courteous manner.Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments.Ability to pay close attention to detail.Ability to make sound decisions using information at h and.Ability to create a team environment and sustain employee morale.Ability to train employees on different sales techniques.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.Minimum five to seven years of management experience in sales or marketing is required.
