Sungarden Terrace an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility located in Lemon Grove, CA is looking for an Marketing Assistant who is an expert at building personal relationships with Seniors, residents, their families, and staff. The ideal candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, have community relations experience, be organized, detail oriented, excellent with follow-up, and follow-through. We provide outstanding care for seniors who need some help with daily activities and want a supportive community that is active, social and engaging.We are seeking an individual who understands hospitality, integrity, and has real compassion for the senior community.Essential Job Requirements:Maintain a thorough understanding of the community's services to effectively and accurately represent Sungarden Terrace.Walk the community tour route each day to ensure that the community is ready for daily tours.Conduct community tours as backup to the Marketing Director.Assist withoccupancy growth of the community by supporting the marketing efforts of the Marketing Director, including inbound telephone, walk-ins and mail inquiries.Work with the Marketing Director and Administrator on various marketing tasks to promote the community including social media campaigns, networking opportunities and marketing materials.Attend and participate in resident, family and referral source events held both inside and away from the community.Serve as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community.Assist the Marketing Director, Administrator and Care Supervisor with organization of admission paperwork and state required documentation. Ensuring that all documents are completed and received before the resident takes residency at Sungarden Terrace.Assists with media and marketing materials according to specific target market or customer requirements based on the goals of the owners and administration. Assists with the development of promotional materials.Maintain client and prospect information, mailing lists applications, network contacts, vendors and promotional materials. Responsible for sharing information with administration.Communicate weekly marketing schedule, and completion of weekly marketing reports to illustrate progress. Progress is expected to be viewed on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule. Responsible for communicating schedules, reports, goals, and targets with owners and administration.Job duties may be modified from time to time at the discretion of the Administrator or Supervisor.Reports directly to the Marketing Director and Administrator.Sungarden Terrace is an equal opportunity employer.
