Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a full-service Engineering Consulting company located in Plainville CT. The role is 100% on-site and the ideal candidate will be on-site 5 days a week with possibility of hybrid down the road. This person will ideally have 1-3 years of relevant experience within the architectural, engineering or design space. The Marketing Coordinator has a variety of duties including: producing Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)/proposals including editing and graphics and prepare for digital or print reproduction. This person will also gather content from the team and consultants, perform market research and assemble written and visual information for client presentations.
Responsibilities also include:
Identify and monitor SOW/proposal criteria and ensure response is fully compliant
Maintain systems to extract, categorize and retrieve information related to clients, consultants, personnel, projects, prior proposals and more

Skills and Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Business or Marketing
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Understanding of SOQ/proposal production including digital and printing/binding - AEC industry experience
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign
Knowledge of database concepts
Understanding of basic business development principles null
