Responsibilities include:Collects and stores data on sales numbers, marketing, operations and other business-related dataMonitor trends, identify abnormalities and report these to leadershipProcessing confidential data and information according to guidelinesWork with report users to define and document requirements for new reports/queries and modifications to existing reports/queriesDevelop and maintain Cognos reports that interface with HR, Accounting and other business systemsDevelop and maintain dashboards and apply data visualization and user interface best practicesDevelop application-specific reports using Cognos and ExcelWork independently and with a team to solve problems involving complex and large data setsPerform other duties as required or assignedRequirementsBA/BS preferred, with 3-5 years of experience with Cognos reporting and developmentExperience with SQL developmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to communicate with users to design, develop, and implement new reporting solutions and changes to existing designs based on unique requirementsMust have excellent attention to detailAnalytical and independent problem-solving skillsOrganizational skills to balance and prioritize workExceptional time management skillsBenefitsTraining & DevelopmentFun & Energetic, Family-Based EnvironmentContinuous Growth OpportunitiesMedical, Dental, & Vision OptionsHealth Savings & Flexible Spending Options (HSA & FSA)Basic Life & Accident InsuranceShort & Long-term Disability401K Retirement PlanSCI is an Equal Opportunity employer.
