Marketing Director
RJ Kielty Heating, Plumbing and cooling is accepting applications for a Marketing Director.
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social medial. Communicates with the public via social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GMB, LinkedIn and more where online content can be created and shared. Responsible for managing the social media accounts while ensuring the accounts and content shared increase a brand's visibility and reputation. Post content, including images, text and video to introduce the brand and encourage others to join the conversation by sharing tests, images and other forms of media.
We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:
2+ years' experience in digital marketing and social mediaStrong familiarity with business applications of social media platformsKnowledge of project management and web design best practicesUnderstanding of social media metrics: able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaignsStrong written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identificationWrite, develop and strategize online content production and schedulingContract management and negotiationsAssist with crisis management, bad reviews and negative news communicationsGenerate, edit, publish and share content daily (original text, images, video and HTML)Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messagingCreate and maintain company social media pages and profiles- FB, Youtube, Instagram and Linkedin.Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policiesCreate and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendartrack and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics and effectiveness: utilize this information to positively affect future outcomesAdminister Podcast and editingEvent Planning
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions and increase reach
