We are looking for someone to join our team as a Retail and Marketing Account Manager!

The Retail & Marketing Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing retail relationships to grow sales and market share for Thompson Creek Window Company. This role also coordinates and maintains relationships with vendors for home shows and events, ensuring Target Sales Specialists are positioned for success. The manager will oversee compliance with retail agreements, maintain strong partnerships, and ensure the achievement of sales and marketing metrics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Manage daily operations with retail warehouses.Prospect; and grow new retail opportunities producing annual revenues $500k plus.Build & maintain strong relationships with store managers and vendor partners.Budget and forecasting development of all shows and events; quarterly and annually.Ensure compliance with all retail manufacturer and dealer agreements.Ensure compliance with permits and certifications needed to perform essential functions.Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Target Sales Specialists for effective lead generation campaigns.Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue with retail and program dealers.Develop and implement retail partner onboarding processes.Establish and optimize operational processes for superior customer experience at home shows, events, and retail stores.Identify and solicit potential home shows, events, and partnerships to generate leads.Maintain an accurate database of shows and events, including detailed information and performance history.Communicate show and event information with internal and external partners.Ensure event/show booth standards are met, including design, development, and upkeep.Develop scripted methodologies to promote the brand & set leads at shows, events and retail locations.Report on show and event performance, reviewing leads to ensure standards are met.Order and maintain inventory and supplies for shows/events.Monitor adherence to brand guidelines within retail stores, including displays and promotional materials.Process registration and payment for departmental needs through specified company guidelines.Other Duties as assigned.SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education & Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, or another related field. 10 years of relevant experience in a marketing environment. At least 5 years of previous supervisory experience; and any equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer Skills:

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to develop advanced skills with SAP CRM.Licenses/Certifications

Pay: $75,000-$100,000 Annually
